Our Studio
at Hima Icebaths Amsterdam
Hima Icebaths Amsterdam is a space dedicated to cold water immersion. Book your ice baths and sauna at our centrally located studio, in Amsterdam Centrum. While we are located in Amsterdam’s busiest area, our street is very quiet. You can enjoy your ice bath and sauna in peace and tranquillity.
Our Workshops
We are always there to help and guide you through the process, especially if you’re new to ice baths. However, if you really want to learn more about ice baths, breathing techniques and the science behind it, we offer different group courses a couple times a month. Check our schedule if you’re interested.
Bath
4 degrees
Both our bath and barrel are the same temperature. The bath is pretty big and therefore recommended for taller people.

If you prefer to sit down you can use the barrel. It is a bit smaller than the bath and therefore recommended for shorter people.
